LABOUR RELATIONS DIRECTORATE

PURPOSE: To handle all Labour Relation issues within the department of Education.

FUNCTIONS

1. Provisioning of labour relations training to management and staff at directorates and districts.

2. Handling of misconduct, disputes and grievience cases.

3. Advice management on issues relating to labour relations.

4.Handling of negotiations and bargaining council meetings and forums (eg. ELRC, FSPSBC)
