Duplicate Learners found in other Schools - Checked on Provincial Level/Version Only

• Confirm that the listed learners are enrolled at your school
• If the learner/s are in your school the error can be ignored or the other school can be contacted.
  • The other school/s will get the same report and should correct it on their side.
• If the learner/s are no longer enrolled at your school, please archive immediately & re-submit the months the data.
